We currently ship Haccer products within the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

UK orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, sales, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch or tracking update if tracking is available.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
